River House is a 14-storey grade A office building located in the heart of Belfast. It comprises 5 ground floor commercial units which can house over 1,000 staff.
We worked with installer, Premier Electrics, and specifier, Lehding Service Design, to deliver a safe and efficient underfloor power distribution system to this project.
We supplied the following products from our manufacturing partner CMD Ltd:
Shallow boxes were required to overcome the issue originating from the precast structure of the original building, dating back to the 70’s. Hence, we offered a bespoke solution to effectively and securely distribute power through the office building.
As part of our turnkey solution, we also provided streamlined logistics, organising timely on-site deliveries, project management and technical back-up.
